I tried these as a natural way to help calm our large, barky boy, who suffers from separation anxiety. He is a big 50kg boy, so takes 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. He waits for them so I know he likes them.
After a few days, I noticed he was not throwing himself at the door, barking at anything that moved outside. He is now more selective but the barking has definitely reduced. I was worried that he would be dopey on these, but no more than usual! I buy them on special and ran out for a few days and definitely noticed the difference. Would highly recommend.
